Physical activity is important for everyone, regardless of age. Exercise doesn't have to mean working out at the gym or running marathons; it can be as simple as parking the car farther away from the store or doing seated leg lifts during TV commercials. If you are one of the many adults who have difficulty finding motivation to work out, join our group exercise classes and get inspired by your instructor and exercise teammates!
Here at the Center, we offer many different group exercise classes and have a state-of-the-art gym with brand new EGYM equipment that members can utilize to meet any health and fitness goals. You can also meet with one of our Wellness Coaches to help you get started with your fitness plan.

Our gym features treadmills, a recumbent bike, a row machine, an elliptical and several weight machines. We have nine EGYM weight machines with state-of-the-art technology that provide you with a guided, safe, and effective workout experience.
